The Quarantine Database screen allows you to set the hold-time for each quarantined message, after which it will be permanently deleted. To change the QDB Hold-Time:
1. Open the Quarantine Database from the Main Control screen.
2. Make sure you have the correct Email Account selected in the Email Account dropdown control.
3. Click on the Hold Messages dropdown menu and select the desired setting. The default is 1 week.
4. Press OK
to exit the Quarantine Database.
